While planning their U.S. tour with hopes of bringing as little gear as possible, Deletär reached out to see if I had something that could take the role of a certain obsessive drive circuit that they had been using for years. With nothing of that particular flavor to readily offer the choice then seemed clear, and the Pugilat was created to annihilate any amp set in it's path.
When and if more will be available in the future is currently to be determined.
FIGHT
A four-knob take on obsessive overdrive tones featuring asymmetrical clipping from a mosfet and germanium diode combination.
The Eclat knob replaces what is traditionally a switch, and while you might prefer a stock setting of all the way up, or all the way down, I'd suggest somewhere around 1 or 2 o'clock as a good starting point. This knob determines the overall voicing of the pedal; turning it up adds volume and midrange aggression, while turning it down makes the tone warmer and throatier.
PUNCH
A unique two-knob boost circuit with enough drive to go from clean to mean. This isn't just a traditional volume boost. With plenty of gain and volume, the Punch side pushes leads with scorching saturation, and intensifies anything you throw at it with its explosive power.
The signal flow is routed from Input to Fight (overdrive) to Punch (boost) to Output.

Standard 'Boss-style' 9v DC Power with a Center Negative tip

No option for battery power.
